About us

Andy Duettra grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in a custom home construction family with a history in the hospitality business. Both Sydney and Hannah Duettra returned to Santa Fe after university to work in the family’s vacation rental business. As that business grew, the Duettra’s grew into more of a design and development team.

The Duettra family are hands-on managers of their current property portfolio, and direct all aspects of design, development, construction and the management of new and completed projects. Sydney Duettra drives the design, decor, special projects and logistics side of the family's development business along with her husband, James Shults. Hannah and her husband, Ian Andersson, relocated to New Braunfels at the beginning of 2024 to provide day-to-day supervision of the historic Faust Hotel renovation project currently still in progress.

Selected works

Lincoln Building

Full interior design of six condos in downtown Santa Fe. We selected all finishes and fixtures for these properties as well as going through any necessary city processes.

The nine condo themes were all different but centered around a modern, southwest style.

The theme was contemporary southwest with dark brown accents.

Historic Hacienda in Santa Fe

The theme was eclectic, southwestern. The building had previously been a six room spa and our clients wanted to turn this into a six room home and vacation rental.

Works in Progress

The Faust Hotel

We are currently renovating the historic Faust Hotel. Our inspiration stems from the iconic lobby of The Faust and the roaring 1920s era in which the hotel was built. The renovated style is best described as modernized art deco showcasing vibrant colors and fabrics, eclectic modern and contemporary art, while maintaining a classic foundation.
